Before establishing her business in Pueblo,
Colorado, Susan Welker turned her eye for design into a business, and
opened Designing Décor & Windows based in Harrisburg, Illinois.
Welker is a Certified Interior Decorator with the Decorator Training
Institute and a Decorative Painter and Muralist. She is a member of the
Stencil Artisans League, a Member of The Decorators' Alliance of North
America (DANA), and a member of the Window Fashion Certificate
Professionals Program.
Designing Décor & Windows will come to your home or office to assist
you with all your decorating needs, including selecting custom window treatments and unique furnishings
